Hectre’s comprehensive management and analytics software is the crucial tech solution for many of these businesses.

 

Hectre’s suite of software tools includes:

  • Fruit sizing, colour grading, and harvest tracking – creating an efficient market and reducing loss
  • Payroll, workforce and task management - reduces labour costs
  • Crop quality control, spray management, pest control - reduces crop and land wastage
  • Performance analytics - provides more data and data insights to enable improved business decision making

 

The Team:

  • Matty Blomfield (CEO, Co-founder): Sales and product entrepreneur. Led the Company through multiple phases of growth to become a global presence in the fresh produce sector.
  • Kevin Park (VP Sales): Previously SVP of Growth who led expansion into 20+ countries in a previous business (now a billion dollar enterprise).
  • Sagi Adov (CTO): 25 years of tech leadership and previously GM of Product at Xero. Transformed Hectre and amplified development velocity and capability by 10x.
  • Richard Coon (Chairman, Non-executive Director): Harvard MBA, Richard has founded, chaired and taken several companies through to 9 and 10 figure exits.
  • Mitali Purohit (Nuance Partner, Advisor): Over 15 years’ experience in deep tech investment, supporting and building start-ups, licensing and strategic partnerships.

Hectre has proven its value by achieving product market fit, supplying top tier customers in 15 counties, and becoming the market leader in fruit quality AI. The Company has recently onboarded a 6-figure client (one of the largest operators in Germany) and converted a large US grower from one of the Company’s main competitors. Hectre is primarily raising capital for marketing and sales, in service of their goal to break even in 2025.

 

The offer:

  • Raising $2.1-$4.2m ($3.5m committed to first close. The round is now open for oversubscriptions up to $4.2m)
