Any buy orders made for Units in the Syndicate, by Overseas Investors (as defined in the Overseas Investment Act 2005) that are subject to Foreign Ownership restrictions require Manager approval to be compliant with New Zealand’s Overseas Investment Act 2005. Any buy orders received from an Overseas Investor, by a Partner in the Syndicate, that do not comply with the Foreign Ownership restrictions may have transfer approval withheld by the Manager.
